Almost finished…..
Just the last clean-up and painting work and the newest house of Casas Ojén is ready for use. This is the kind of house that was still missing from our range: suitable for two people with a small private pool.
The house is now being used as a trial, so that we can convert the daily feedback directly into actions. It can be booked from July 1.
Finca Flores
Perhaps with the best view in the village. We can promise you that. From the terrace of Finca Flores you can look at the surrounding mountains and in the distance to Marbella and the sea.
The finca
Finca Flores is a somewhat smaller “campo” house. The latter means that it is just outside the village. It is characterized by atmosphere, space, tranquillity and simplicity. Do not expect Marbellian luxury, but you will lack nothing. And of course the dog can come along.
Surrounded by garden and terraces so that there is always a bit of sun or shade to be found. With a cool Sangria on the roof terrace you will forget the busy world around you. You can cool off in the small pool. (open from May 1 to the end of October). Finca Flores is located 8 minutes’ walk from the village square of Ojén. A village, in the mountains, less than 10 kilometres from Marbella and some of it’s beautiful beaches.
Layout
With everything on the same floor, the house is well-organized: an open kitchen with cooking facilities, a refrigerator and a microwave. In the seating area a comfortable sofa, chair and fireplace and airconditioning for cooling and heating. Excellent WiFi connection and a smart TV so that you can stream all the channels you want from your smartphone. A bedroom with two brand new beds and a bathroom. Everyday life, if you are not on your way to the beach, to cities or mountains, takes place on the front terrace. With the already mentioned view, a large dining table and a barbecue.
The back terrace with more shade is where the swimming pool is. And the roof of the finca offers a large sun terrace with sun beds. In short, a nice place in beautiful surroundings for the ultimate holiday feeling.
