The house is supplied with plenty of towels and the beds are made. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available.

The central square with cafes and restaurants is 500 meters, a 7-minute walk away. A small supermarket is 400 meters away. A large shopping center with more than 200 shops and a mega supermarket is a 13-minute drive away.

In Ojén there is a supermarket on the main road and a large petrol station at the bottom of the highway

Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Please let us know in advance what time you plan to arrive.

The latest check-out time is 11 am. Please let us know what time you want to leave the house on the day before.

There is a free parking space next to the house.

We do not charge a deposit but do require a credit card number with an expiry date. We assume that you treat the house as you would your own home.

All costs are inclusive of the rental price except the costs of the final cleaning. We charge € 100 for this. You can transfer this at the same time as the second part of the rent, no later than 1 month in advance.

In the house there is HighSpeed internet available via fiber optic.

There are containers for waste everywhere in Ojén. Especially in the summer, we ask you to throw the organic waste into these bins every day.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but on the terraces outside.

No tourist tax is levied in Ojén.

A small pet is allowed after consultation

Two sets of keys are available as standard.

The nearest airport is Malaga Airport, a 40 minute drive from Ojén. Many airlines have attractively priced flights to Malaga all year round.

From Malaga airport there is an excellent connection to the bus station of Marbella. From Ojén there is a bus to Marbella, but only a few times a day. We advise you to rent a car. From Marbella bus station you can take a taxi as well.

Yes, we recommend renting a car because public transport from Ojén is difficult. Renting a car in this area is not expensive and it makes you flexible.
