Just outside Ojén, at a 7 minutes’ walk from the town centre, is Finca Santa Ana with its beautiful sea views. This is a charming detached country house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with large dining table and a living room. The third room is situated in the garden house. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a 160 cm wide bed.
The house has terraces to all sides, so there is always a spot in the sun (or shade!). The terraces have all the necessary furniture and you can cool off in the small pool. The evening can be spent on the side terrace with outdoor kitchen and spanish plancha. The house grounds are completely enclosed so children and pets can’t stray too far. In the garden there are lemon and orange trees, olives, avocado, figs and grape trees and there is also a large trampoline. The garden has a rear exit to the private parking lot.
Layout
Ground floor: spacious kitchen with all appliances, including a so-called American Fridge with cooled filtered water. The large two-meter long dining table offers enough space for a group of up to 8 people. A smaller living room with, among other things, smart TV with almost all national and international channels. In the living room there is a large sofa/bed of 1.60 wide for one adult or two children. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom that is primarily intended for bedroom number 3. the garden room.
This room is located on the other side of the terrace with ultimate privacy. Equipped with its own smart TV and WiFi amplifier. So unlimited streaming. Of course also equipped with air conditioning.
The ground floor of the house provides two spacious bedrooms. Both with private bathroom. Since the back of the house is somewhat lower, these rooms have windows and/or a door to the back terrace
During your stay the pool will be regularly cleaned. The pool is closed in winter. The Finca accommodate up to 8 persons. 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 kids. Although the house can accomodate a larger group, it is also very suitable for smaller groups of 2 to 4 people.

We rented Ton and Helga’s lovely house from March to June 2021. The Finca Santa Ana is a little piece of paradise just outside the town Ojén. The house has everything that you could need or want to be comfortable, for a short-term or long-term let. The furniture and decoration has been done very tastefully, both inside and outside, making the house perfect for entertaining friends and family, or for enjoying it in a smaller group. The garden is beautiful too, with orange and lemon trees, and an avocado and cherimoya tree (or custard apple). If you’re there in the winter/spring, you’ll get to try them! Ton and Helga are very attentive hosts, quickly resolving any questions. And Ojén is a lovely town, with a rural/local vibe, while being close to Marbella and the coast. We have really enjoyed our stay and would come back any time.

I rented Finca Santa Ana during February and the beginning of March 2021. The finca is located close to the nice village Ojen. The finca has nice modern bathrooms decorated in an original style and a lovely garden with large terrace. The village Ojen is within a walking distance of 5 minutes, with its nice square, lovely restaurants and a natural source for water. Staying in this house, it was a great pleasure, even during covid time!
After my stay in Finca Santa Ana I rented Finca Flores from the beginning of March 2021 until the beginning of July 2021, 4 months. It’s a very cosy finca with original spanish details. The finca has a large garden with some nice orange and lemon trees. The trees are not only nice because of the fruits, but also because of the shadow during very warm days. Personally, I loved the nice terrace with the big table and the magnificent view on the hills and the see. Also, the rooftop is the perfect place to watch the stars during the long warm spanish evenings. For a single or a couple this finca is really a little piece of paradise!
We stayed in the next door Finca Flores which is right beside Finca Santa Ana in July and loved the area and scenery so much we decided we would try to get another week in before the end of the summer. Finca Flores was not available so we rented the larger, 3 bedroom, Finca Santa Ana even though there were only 2 of us.
Wow! Everything about the house and gardens was perfect. The decoration and furnishings were high quality and the plentiful fluffy towels a real treat! The two double bedrooms in the main house each had their own bathroom and were located downstairs which meant they were super cool in the hot August nights. The master bedroom had a door out onto the back terrace which our little dog loved to go out of in the morning to have a mooch around ‘his’ garden. On the ground floor there was a comfortable lounge with picture windows on 3 sides giving panoramic views of the beautiful countryside and a TV that apparently had many many channels although we didn’t try it while we were there.
A very large well equipped kitchen and another beautiful bathroom completed the ground floor.
Outside was where we spent most of our time usually relaxing on the comfortable sofas under one of the sun shades. The pool was smallish but plenty big enough for our needs. There were two outdoor dining areas, one outside the kitchen and another round the corner by the bbq under grapevines and fairy lights! The third bedroom was just behind here although we didn’t go into it as we were only two people.
The rest of the gardens were beautiful and well established; a lawn, trampoline and sunbeds under a tree completed the picture.
We love Ojen and walked into the village several times to eat in one of the lovely restaurants. On this visit we discovered Pinchos y Chocolate – small menu but really great food and a little bit different.
All the facilities you might need can be found in Ojen and we didn’t stray much further away from the village.
We hope to be back soon for another wonderful stay!
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! De finca is prachtig, een geweldige tuin, fruitbomen, verschillende terrassen en lounges, veel privacy en midden in met heuvels. Onze peuter heeft zich goed vermaakt in de (omheinde) tuin, alle leuke trappetjes en de trampoline. En wij konden genieten op de terrassen in de tuin – perfect! De eigenaren Ton & Helga zijn heel vriendelijk en doen er alles aan het verblijf naar wens te maken. Ojen vonden we een verrassend leuk dorpje, en ook Marbella en Malaga zijn top voor een dagje uit. Deze finca is zeker een aanrader – midden in de natuur, maar met de Spaanse gezelligheid heel dichtbij. We komen graag nog eens terug.
Finca Flores is een geweldige plek om een gecombineerde strand/berg/stad vakantie te vieren. Heel mooi gesitueerd in de bergen, 5 minuten van de stranden van Marbella en bezoeken aan Sevilla, Cordoba en Malaga zijn makkelijk in 1 of 2 dagen te doen. Verder is Finca Flores van alle gemakken voorzien om heerlijk te genieten tussen alle activiteiten door. Een dakterras en klein privé zwembad voor de zonaanbidders, een mooie schaduwrijke patio voor als je het warm wordt en een uitzicht die hoort tot de mooiste van Andalusië! En dat alles in het dorp Ojén, dat nog de Spaande atmosfeer ademt van 5o jaren terug zonder auto’s en mensenmassa’s, maar wel met vriendelijke mensen, kleine terrasjes, tapas en Spaanse wijn. Kortom: een top Finca op een top locatie.
Wij wilden een keer op vakantie in het naseizoen ergens net buiten de drukte maar op niet te grote afstand van het strand. We vonden dit in het prachtige witte dorpje Ojén, op ongeveer 10/15 min. rijden van Marbella. We verbleven in Finca Santa Anna en het huis is precies als op de foto’s. Alles klopt, alles is netjes en schoon en we hebben hier heerlijke weken gehad. Met een prachtige tuin, heerlijk terras en een geweldig uitzicht was het echt genieten en tot rust komen. De eigenaren Ton en Helga zijn heel behulpzaam oa. met het geven van tips en vragen van onze kant. Het dorp is authentiek met gezellige restaurantjes en een heerlijke bakker. Vanuit de finca hebben we tripjes gemaakt naar Sevilla, Ronda, Granada en natuurlijk naar het strand. Kortom een heerlijk rustige plek met voldoende mogelijkheden en de buurt.
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Finca Flores. Ook geboft met het weer. Ondanks dat het niet heel warm was konden we ‘s ochtends om 9.00 uur al lekker in het zonnetje zitten. Daarbij een prachtig uitzicht. Buiten kun je ook zo heerlijk zitten. Ook op het dak van het huis kun je ‘s middags nog lekker in de zon zitten.
Het is een heel leuk huisje, met alles erop en eraan. De bedden, dat moet even gezegd worden, fenomenaal, zo lekker. Ik ga dit in Nederland natuurlijk kopen.
Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis, we misten niets. Ook al is het klein, alles bij de hand. Fijn is ook de airco die lekkere warmte geeft. Een echte aanrader.
Ik wens andere mensen veel plezier in dit huis, maar dat zal wel lukken.
We stayed for one week at the Finca Santa Ana and it was wonderful. Dealing with Ton through 2 years of Covid delays was a real delight. He is the perfect host from beginning to end. The Finca is the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in – you won’t want for anything. And the outside patios with pool and gardens are so comfortable. Short walk into the main square of Ojen, a charming town. Thank you Ton and Helga for a wonderful experience.
Alweer voor de vijfde keer (helaas door corona 2 jaar moeten overslaan) op vakantie geweest in Ojen. En weer verbleven we in finca Santa Ana. Wel even een verandering tov de laatste keer; wij voor het eerste met onze kleine man maar ook hebben Ton en Helga de Finca flink aangepakt en hem nog mooier, beter en knusser gemaakt dan het al was.
Helemaal top was dat Ton nog even snel een traphekje regelde zodat onze zoon niet de trap af kon stuiteren. En de trampoline was een schot in de roos.
Ojen is nog steeds super gezellig en een aanrader is het restaurantje van Richard en Veerle en de Churreria.
Volgend jaar gaan we zeker weer voor de zesde keer.
